Delivery Policy

DELIVERY POLICY

Basic Postage: Delivery

A. Hong Kong Standard Delivery (Measurements must be less than : 30x30x30cm )
Free delivery if purchase HKD$600 or above(SF Express branch), otherwise HKD$50 delivery fee will be charged.

B. Macau Standard Delivery (by SF Express)
Free delivery if purchase HKD$2,000 or above, otherwise HKD$200 shipping will be charged.

C. China Standard Delivery (by SF Express)
Free delivery if purchase HKD$5,000 or above, otherwise HKD$1,000 shipping will be charged.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver Items as soon as we can, we will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the Items within the estimated timescales. Basic Postage: Shop Pick Up

We provide shop pick up service, you can choose the location on the payment page.

In the general case, the goods will be arranged for customers to pick up at the selected shop within 14 working days after the order is placed. Our CS team will confirm the detailed pickup arrangement with you by phone or email.

Furniture Delivery & Installation (Baby High Chair and stroller/Crib)

1. General Delivery Time (Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm)
After 14 working days: Arrange the First delivery or Modify a delivery (No delivery on public holidays)

Delivery time: the delivery man will contact the customer about the delivery time, and the actual delivery time depends on the delivery itinerary of the day.

2. Installation Service
Installation fee : 150. Installation service must be used at the same address as the delivery services. 

5. Unloading Point & Delivery Address
Service covers address only within a 100m parameter of the unloading point. For address outside the prescribed scope, a maximum of HKD$300 surcharge will be collected and receipt will be provided.

6. Delivery Failure & Unable to Confirm Delivery
There will be no refund of delivery fee on delivery failure due to unable to confirm delivery time with customer / an unattended recipient address upon arrival of goods at the appointed time / measurement not fit for delivery etc. Should delivery be rescheduled in such circumstances, we will require additional delivery charges of HKD$300. 

7. Delivery do not include delivery to or within the restricted border area.

8. Delivery services do not include delivery locations without a lift, a boat, an apartment with renovation in progress, or a construction site etc. The charge of the fourth-floor staircase needs to be discussed with the installer.

9. Any delivery that involves delivery via sea transportation, customer is responsible to arrange and pay for any transportation cost thereafter. 

10. Modification of invoices in terms of addition and modification of content will need to be agreed and confirmed 10 days prior to the delivery. 

11. In circumstances due to bad weather / black rainstorm warning/typhoon signal 8 that is not suitable for delivery, all deliveries will be re-arranged at a later time.

12. Primeval will call, send SMS or WhatsApp to you about the delivery arrangement.

14. Primeval reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein.
