Q1. How do I become a member ?
-If you have never bought from Primeval before, press ‘login’ then ‘sign up’ , you can choose to sign up either by Facebook or by filling in your details eg. email.
-When you checkout with the items in your shopping basket,  choose ‘First time Purchasing’ and fill in the required information. Then you will become a member as you checkout.
Q2. What should I do if I forget my password?
- Press ‘forgot my password’ at the login page, then fill in your email. You will then receive an email which includes a link and you can reset your password through that link.
Q3. How do I change my personal details and password?
- After logging in, press into ‘MyAccount’ then ‘Personal Details’. You can change your account details such as email, password, name, phone number and address etc.

- It is usually around 10-30 days before the item become available.
